SpendBot is built by Loopspur. We believe your financial data is deeply personal. This policy explains exactly what we collect, what stays on your device, and what we never do.

1. Data Stored on Your Device

The core of SpendBot runs entirely on your device using local storage. This includes:

• Expenses and transaction history
• Budgets and spending limits
• Categories and preferences
• App settings

This data is never uploaded to our servers. It stays on your device and is under your full control.

2. Data We Collect

We collect only what's strictly necessary:

• Email address — for account authentication
• Subscription status — purchase history for premium features

That's it. No tracking. No analytics profiles. No behavioral data.

3. Third-Party Services

• Supabase — handles authentication and premium feature access only
• Stripe — processes subscription payments securely. We never see or store your full card details.

4. Data We Never Sell

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Ever.

5. Data Security

All data transmitted between your device and our services is encrypted in transit using TLS/HTTPS. Your on-device data is protected by your device's own security measures.

6. Your Rights

• Delete your account — available in Settings within the app.
• Delete local data — clear the app's storage or uninstall to remove all on-device data.
• Export — your data lives on your device, accessible to you at all times.

7. Children's Privacy

SpendBot is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

If we update this policy, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of SpendBot after changes constitutes acceptance.
